Join me at Llamaste Yoga & Healing for a Jade Heart Vibes Sound Bath! Located in the Handley Historical Shopping District in Fort Worth, TX, this studio is warm and inviting with a loving community vibe.

I'll guide you through a moment of internal connection before the sound bath and a grounding meditation as we conclude. Immerse yourself in a session that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and balanced. This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to relax, unwind, and connect with your mind, body, and spirit. Dress comfy and be prepared to lean into a peaceful state.

Please arrive early to give yourself time to park and get settled before we begin. I recommend arriving with enough time to lightly stretch before you lie down - the door opens 15 minutes before the Sound Bath and locks shortly after 3 pm. The studio has yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets for use, and I recommend you bring a pillow and eye mask if you have one. You are welcome to bring your own mat and blanket if you would like along with anything else you need to feel cozy. Wear comfortable clothes and kick off your shoes - all you have to do is be open to receive the good vibes!
