Embrace the new year with new vibes! I’ll be hosting a Sound Healing Workshop at Vibes Lifestyle of Bedford, where you can reset your mind and relax your body. I’ll tell you a little about sound healing and its benefits before conducting a sound bath with quartz crystal singing bowls to soothe your nervous systems. During the session, you will lie down comfortably as the sounds wash over you, quieting the mind and promoting healing from the inside out.
This is a one hour session. We have a limited number of yoga mats for use, so please bring yours if you have one along with a pillow, blanket, and eye mask - anything you need to feel cozy. Wear comfortable clothes and kick off your shoes - all you have to do is be open to receive the good vibes!
